Shipping Policy

Lead Time

All orders with Amber Terra are thoughtfully prepared and typically ship within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Each piece is handled with care to ensure the highest quality upon delivery. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional fee.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Amber Terra offers complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders. A signature is required upon delivery for security purposes. All packages are fully insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once a shipment has been delivered and signed for, Amber Terra is no longer responsible for the package.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Refused Shipments

Any refused or unclaimed shipment becomes the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs, import fees, and return charges incurred will be billed back to the original form of payment.
